Preparing for your tattoo appointment is vital so that your tattoo has the best possible healing process. Proper combination of both pre care and post care is imperative for the best outcome for your body art.
Hydrate And Moisturize Regularly Before Your Tattoo Appointment
WATER: Drink at least 1-2 liters a day leading up to your tattoo appointment.
LOTION: Taking time to moisturize the area 1-2 times a day will help with moisture and skin health as well. However, do not apply any creams or lotions to the area on the day of your tattoo appointment.
Avoid Partying Or Drinking Alcohol 3 days Prior to Appointment and Day Of.
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS: Lets avoid a messy appointment and avoid all blood thinners and brain altering substances please. No one under the influence will be tattooed and will FORFIT THEIR DEPOSIT.
SLEEP: a good night’s sleep is imperative for pain management and a overall better session.
Avoid Damage to The Skin Before Your Tattoo Appointment
Please be cautions one month prior to appointment
AVOID: Direct sun, tanning, chemical peels, Botox, or any other procedures that can damage your skin. SHAVING/ tweezing the area will be done by the artist the day of the appointment to assure no irritation to the skin occurs
Eat Before Your Tattoo Appointment
Taking time to eat a healthy meal before your tattoo appointment will benefit both your session, and final tattoo. It helps your body physically and mentally during the session
Proper Attire
Please keep clothing choices in mind to accommodate for the location of your tattoo. Dress comfortably and casually. Keep in mind Ink may stain on your clothes.
